Reichert and Associates is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of the personal information we collect.

This policy applies to all information provided to us by visitors to our web site, or those who request material from our site, such as downloads, studies or reports. We will not, under any circumstances, share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any individual information collected on our site to any third party, without your express permission.

Reichert and Associates will never use email addresses provided to us to send ‘spam’, or unsolicited commercial emails.

Access to information collected at our web site is restricted to Reichert and Associates employees or those contracted by Reichert and Associates who require the information for research or business reasons. These employees and contractors are required to respect our rules of data integrity and confidentiality.

There are certain types of information about visitor traffic that is kept by user-logs on the web server through anonymous cookies. This information may include the pages visited, the IP address of visitors, time spent at the site, etc. This information is used by Reichert and Associates to improve the site and manage site traffic. No individual identifying information is collected.

In the collection of information during normal research activities for clients, Reichert and Associates adheres to all Canadian Federal and Provincial legislation relating to its collection and use. Personal information that is collected during normal research activities is used only in a generalized way, not in a way that can identify any individual specifically. All responses to requests for information are provided (either verbally or written) with a statement of how the information that we are collecting will be used.

If you choose to participate in one of our online surveys, we may ask you to provide some information about yourself. This information will not be shared with any third party and will only be used in an aggregated way for analysis purposes or to contact you with future survey opportunities or to inform you of an incentive you have won. Our surveys are open to Canadian Residents who are 18 years of age and older. In compliance with Canadian Laws we do not knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to take part in our surveys or elicit information from minors without express written parental or legal guardian consent.

From time-to-time we may ask people to take part in our Panel Discussions. For individuals who voluntarily agree to become Panel Members and receive requests to provide personal information and/or are invited to participate in surveys, panel discussions or focus groups, your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be used in a way that could identify you. We will not sell, rent or transfer your information to a third party.

As a Panel Member, your personal information will be used by us to contact you in order to elicit a response to a survey, panel discussion or focus group or to update any personal information that you may have shared with us. You may choose to respond to this request or decline it. You may also opt out of being a Panel Member by emailing your request to with Panel Opt Out in the subject line. Each email that you receive from us that invites you to participate in a research study will include a link to opt out of receiving any further communication from us.
