Cecilia Sierra
Research and Evaluation Analyst
Cecilia is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia, with master’s degrees in public health and research methods.
Cecilia is currently supporting the evaluation of many projects across BC, with a focus on mental health and substance use as well as primary care. Prior to joining our team, Cecilia worked on several projects that used both quantitative and qualitative analyses to describe social and environmental determinants of health; her work researching these determinants, and their impacts on human health, helped to hone her research skills. Cecilia was also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Population and Public Health, as well as a Visiting Lecturer in the Faculty of Education of UBC, where she taught courses on statistics and environmental health.
Outside of work, Cecilia likes to bake, read, play board games, and have picnics with her family.
