About the Survey
In the last several weeks, life has changed profoundly for millions of people across Canada and around the world. These are challenging times. People are experiencing changes in both how they live and work. Many of us are facing employment uncertainty, working the front lines without breaks and others are now working from home, either alone or with their family by their side. At the same time, we are all concerned about the health of our family, friends and communities.
As a firm focused on health care research, we have designed a survey tool intended to take a snapshot in time of what is happening to us from both a changing work environment and mental health standpoint. The tool is available for free for all organizations in Canada to use.
If you would like to use the survey tool, please contact our survey administrator who will send you a dedicated survey link. This will enable you to distribute the survey to your staff and keep your data together. We will send all of your organization’s data back to you – at no charge. You can also request a demo link that will allow you to review the questions prior to making a decision.

Please include COVID-19 Survey in the subject line and clearly state the organization that you are requesting the survey for in the body of the email. Due to a large volume of requests, it may take up to 2 days for you to receive a dedicated link for your organization.
